(March 28, 2018) Prishtina, Kosovo

We left our hotel in Skopje in the morning, and drove to Prishtina, the capital city of Kosovo.  The border crossing with our tour bus took only about 20 minutes this time-- not bad compared to some of our previous border crossings.  After checking into our hotel, several of us wandered through the nearby bazaar area and found some delicious and inexpensive lunch.  We are off to rehearsal again soon-- and then we have one last concert on this tour, here in Prishtina, tomorrow evening.

Checking out the bazaar

Hey there...

Mmm... hot peppers!!

(Later): After an evening rehearsal at the theatre where we'll be performing tomorrow, we took the bus to a small reception, with some light snacks.  I was thrilled to find some wild cherry juice!  Back at our hotel, several of us had a small "raki party" and talked for a bit, then headed to bed-- another busy day ahead!
